Bloated Computers
Your computer got diabetes.
Sometimes a little friction is a good thing. With the limitless access to information, the internet makes a ‘hoarder’ out of everybody. Let me ask you something, how many…

Chances are all this ‘bloat’ is never getting fixed. It’s always going to be there. And, that makes your workspace inefficient and ineffective.
So, to help with that I have a NEW COURSE called “Cleaning up your space”. (Just Kidding!)
To tell you the truth, my mind has been thinking a lot clearer once I cleaned up my digital workspace and kept a system to document my notes and organize them.
I think sometime in 2019 I decided like a Maniac to delete ALL photos from my photo app and start fresh. To Create a folder call “Archive” and move ALL my files into it. To Delete ALL my bookmarks and favorite tabs and create a new Google Chrome Profile.
→The junk drawer always needs cleaning. But the junk drawer is also a clump of energy that you could use and repurpose towards your targets.
I got rid of 90% of my possessions. I have a simple rule: If I hesitate and can’t say a resounding “yes” to keep it, I throw it out. I said it before, I don’t feel a sense of materialism anymore.
I mean, I do like nice things don’t get me wrong. But, no man should ever have 12 pairs of shoes. Seriously, imagine using your limited time and unlimited energy deciding what shoe to wear. It’s why the Jobs and Zuckerbergs of our world wear the same clothes. They got bigger fish to fry.
My lesson to you today: Create an “Archive” Folder.
Create some emptiness for you to create something big. Clean up. Get rid of stuff. A LOT of stuff. Your thinking will improve to the extent that you own fewer possessions.
Besides my car, my legal pad, and my laptop I don’t ‘need’ much else. Yet, even then I do hoard books. Which is why I recently, cleaned up my “ibooks - Want To Read Tab” with all the books I intend to read.
And, the list is damn-near perfect. I hardly ever add new books to it. And I’ll probably take years to finish all of them. Perhaps, a lifetime.
Unmade decisions are the killers of energy. All those thoughts that keep telling you the same thing, running in circles, lacking direction.
You would be surprised and astounded how easy it is to get somewhere when all the “power” is directed to the engine and not your refrigerator. And, the easiest way of powering your engine is turning off or powering down all the places your energy goes that does not propel you forward.
The game is LESS not more.
And, the gracious universe will fill that empty space and move you forward anyway.
So, ditch buying and stacking up courses you’ll never watch or consume.
Clean up your digital workspace with the “Archive” Folder.
Consider picking up the book “Building Your Second Brain by Tiago Forte” — it will show you an awesome way to organize your digital workspace for maximum productivity.

Agreed. I’ve gained more momentum by focusing on less than more.
